Our payments are processed by charging the credit card provided when your order was set up. This card will be saved securely and accessed when an upcoming order is confirmed.
When are these processed?
Our payments are processed each week early on Monday mornings. If you have an upcoming order that is active (has not been skipped) at the Sunday midnight cut-off, this order will be locked in and payment will be taken in this first cycle.
You can log into your account and follow the red 'Pay Now' banner to make a manual payment. Otherwise, if the payment fails Monday morning, we will re-attempt daily. Please note that your delivery will not be removed if the payment fails. The only time a delivery will be removed is if there is an unpaid delivery on your account and another goes to lock in and fails the following week/fortnight.
Need to update your card details? See here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment for your Food Bag is made securely by credit or debit cards (with credit card capability) using DPS, we also accept both Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to take direct bank payments.
Why can I see two 'payments' on my statement?
When you set up an order with us for the first time, your card will be verified with an authorisation charge. This charge, which tests that your card is active and able to be billed, is immediately reversed on our system and you bank given the go-ahead to process this back to you. Some banks can take longer than others to do this, so if you're seeing a delay we recommend contacting your bank.
