If you'd like to update your credit card or load an alternative card to your account, please log in to your account here.
1. Select ‘Manage Account’
2. Select ‘Payment Details’
3. In ‘My Wallet’ you'll see your current payment information, where you can add a new card (and then delete your old card)
4. If you're adding a new credit card, once added you'll see you are charged $1 or 'pending' transactions in your statement - these are authorisation holds and are used to verify your account and help protect against fraud. Don't worry, this is a temporary hold and will be refunded, but may show as ‘pending’ for a few days until they are released by your bank.
We issue authorisation holds to all new Foodies to check payment methods are valid and have funds available. You may see temporary authorisation holds in the future too, as they help us to protect against fraud.
