We have an incredible team who hand-pick thousands of boxes (we don’t use big clunky machines, we pack your box with love and care) who take great pride in piecing together your delivery.
Every once in a while something may have been missed. We don’t hide this, and we own it and try to be better every time! The team at MADE take this very seriously and will make sure we respond to your missing meal notification with a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis, as well as pass on feedback to our team.
