ON THE APP
Once logged in to the app, click on the 'Account' tab at the bottom of the screen. Then click on 'Subscription'.
An overview of your subscription and any extras will be displayed here. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
NOTE - There will be one more step to action your cancellation, you will be taken to a page that displays some alternative options, if you still wish to cancel the subscription, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the 'Continue Cancellation' button. Now your subscription has been cancelled.
*You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation shortly afterwards. If you are unsure if your subscription has been successfully cancelled, contact our Customer Love team on 0800 469 366.
ON THE WEBSITE
Once logged into the website, head to 'manage account' and then 'subscriptions'. To cancel your account click on 'start cancellation'
You will be given the option to change your subscription. If you do not wish to change your subscription, continue the cancellation at the bottom of the page by giving us a reason for the cancellation and clicking 'complete cancellation' in red.
